Information regarding the acquisition, preservation, and movement of your Le Haus of Dog pieces.

THE LOGISTICS OF ACQUISITION

Orders are produced to order and dispatched through our production network. Tracking is provided where available.

DE-ACCESSIONING & RETURNS

Most unworn, non-personalised acquisitions may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised items and certain sealed goods may be excluded. Faulty or damaged pieces will always be reviewed. See Delivery & Returns for the complete policy.

MAINTENANCE & PRESERVATION

To protect the integrity of your wearable masterpieces, we recommend laundering garments inside-out on a delicate cycle. Avoid direct sunlight during storage to preserve the pigment of the Dog Vinci archive. Specific care instructions are provided on each item's archival label.

CURATORIAL ASSISTANCE

For enquiries regarding sizing, provenance, or authenticated editions, please contact our curatorial team. We aim to respond to all Haus enquiries within 24 archival hours, Monday through Friday.
